| The Clear Creek School district is requesting that parents please sign a form allowing their child's name and photo to be displayed in any extra curricular activity websites. You have the option of choosing yes or no. Please fill out the form and turn into Mrs. Singleton as soon as you can. Also, the Celebrity website will never show the child's name and picture at the same time. |
